I would recommend World Med Assist whole-heartedly. Every person that I was dealing with was very informed about my condition, everyone was knowledgeable, very friendly and all of my questions and concerns were answered in detail. In a country where I didn’t speak the language, I never had to worry about anything.
CCSVI Merida, Mexico Testimonial: Sharon Ernest
I was diagnosed with MS in 1990. It slowly progressed, walking with a cane then a walker to the last six years in a wheelchair. I was losing use of my hands and could not write or even raise my right arm. I was hesitant to travel out of the country in my condition for the CCSVI treatment, but my daughter did research on the internet and read some testimonials from patients that had traveled for the treatment with the assistance of World Med.
CCSVI Testimonial Heidi Bryden
Everything from the moment I contacted WorldMed Assist ran like a well oiled machine. My case worker and travel agent were beyond wonderful and I would not hesitate to use this service again. In Mexico, despite speaking only a few rudimentary words of Spanish, things went wonderfully. People everywhere were beyond helpful and at the hospital I received treatment that put the patient first and I very much appreciated having everything explained to me as we went – I felt like a person and not a patient. My first contact with World Med Assist was a positive stage in my search for help finding relief from the MS I’ve lived with all my life. Jean Deguzman was my spokesperson to take my case to the team of doctors I was to meet. My travel arrangements were made easily with the knowledge and aide of Jo-Anne Hall. Both of these women were encouraging, patient and most understanding. More…

After months of research into Dr. Zamboni’s procedure for M.S. we finally contacted World Med Assist and were told we could have the operation within days of our calling. With Poland having a year and six month waiting period and India costing twice as much and twice as long there was no contest. We were booked and on our way within two weeks of our first call, with the help of Jean Degusman, our contact, who nursed us through the many steps we had to take. More…

I filled out the application on-line and hit send, the phone rang less than a minute later. This was November 9, 2010 and everything was arranged and I had the Liberation Treatment December 2, 2010. WorldMed Assist handled everything. They gave me choices as to where to go and which hospital. They arranged all flights and hotel stays. If I had a question they were quick to respond. Our 16-yr-old son Parker underwent the liberation treatment on June 29, 2010 under the care of Dr. Solis and her team at the Star Medica hospital in Merida Mexico. After the initial testing the team determined that he had stenosis in his left jugular but said it was possible that more would show during the procedure. Sure enough, they found stenosis in both the left and right jugulars as well as his right vertebral vein.Almost immediately after the procedure Parker noticed signs of improvement. His head felt “lighter” and the brain fog has lifted. His color, which was consistently ashen is now pink and healthy looking. More…

The doctors were very knowledgeable & took a genuine interest in me. They answered all of my questions whether they were relevant or not. I highly recommend the “liberation treatment” for MS patients. After using a wheelchair for 11 years because I became quadriplegic, it was nothing short of miraculous when I became warm again, had clarity of vision & had sensations to my feet that I wanted to walk again. Testimonials CCSVI Mexico – Patricia Proudfoot
Like most patients I spoke to, I did have more energy after the procedure and can walk much farther before I need to rest. I also walk faster my friend tells me. I’m walking better in that I don’t swing my left foot out like I used to and I bend my knee so with a bit of physio and muscle strengthening, I hope to walk normally and hopefully, without a cane. My circulation is much better because my hands and feet are always warm. My left hand which was pretty useless moves a little more naturally than it used to.

The MS Liberation procedure provided by WorldMed Assist was very good from organization to delivery and after procedure follow-up.
Although the procedure is not the ultimate cure for MS, it has significantly improved my balance and fatigue. As far as my walking is concerned, I am going to physiotherapy, exercising and stretching my legs daily. Only Time will tell.
